Prices

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include 10% GST (Goods and Services tax). 10% GST will be added at checkout.

Payment

Orders can be paid with credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).

Returns

ABK Imports Pty Ltd offers a 100% money back guarantee. A complete order can be returned to ABK Imports Pty Ltd within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or credit. (All items must be unused and in their original packaging)

Faulty items can be returned (used or unused) within 60 days of receiving them. All returns must be sent to ABK Imports Pty Ltd, 5/146 Carrington St, O'Connor 6163 WA. A return authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning any items by sending ABK Imports Pty Ltd an email quoting the order or invoice number the returned item(s) relate to and the reason for the return. It is at the discretion of ABK Imports Pty Ltd to accept or deny any return request.

Shipping and shipping charges

ABK Imports Pty Ltd uses a number of couriers to ship orders depending on weight and location. These include: Toll, Startrack and Australia Post. It is at the discretion of ABK Imports Pty Ltd to choose the most suitable courier service. The shipping charge is $10.00 +GST per order.

International orders

ABK Imports Pty Ltd does not ship orders outside of Australia at this stage. Please check this page again in case this changes.

Delivery times

Orders will be shipped the same working day it is received. If an order can not be shipped within two working days, ABK Imports Pty Ltd will contact the purchaser via email advising of the reasons for the delay.

Backorders

Should ABK Imports Pty Ltd be unable to send a complete order within two days, the remaining items will be automatically put on backorder and delivered at a further date. ABK Imports Pty Ltd will not charge another delivery fee to send backorders.
